Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • An incorrect item or size was delivered

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed uniform
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Accessories and clearance items (unless defective)

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Ali’s Uniform.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after return approval
  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • Processing time is typically 7–10 working days

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply
