Ali’s Uniform offers an exchange facility to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent practices.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for exchange within 30 days (1 month) from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The original sale receipt or invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.

Exchange Conditions

  • The product must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Exchange Process

  • Customers may request an exchange by visiting the store or contacting customer support with their order details.
  • After inspection and approval, the item may be exchanged for a different size or product of equal value.

Value Adjustment

  • If the exchanged item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the exchanged item has a lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or washed uniform
  • Accessories (unless defective)
  • Items without a valid sale receipt
